Gerd and Reflux

Hi Everyone. I have just had the great experience of getting off of mediation - Lexapro. Things are good, but my Acid Reflux has come back with a vengeance. Any help on managing this would be helpful.

Bob,

I had Acid Reflux, but it was only while I was sleeping. I would wake up from an attack and take my antacids and go back to sleep.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I started using a C-Pap machine and one of the side benefits was no more Acid Reflux. In the last 12 years since I had the C-Pap machine I may have had 10 antacids. I hope this helps.

Hi, I am new on here (although I've had the program for a month now)and saw your post. I have acid reflux and I take Prilosec (you can get it over the counter).
