I just (a few hours ago) returned from a trip. The plane ride became very turbulent for about an hour - everyone had to strap in. Rather than have an anxiety attack, I had Lucinda's relaxation tape on hand. I listened to it twice and rode through the turbulence. I even found myself YAWNING at one point! Flying has been a huge obstacle for me, so to be able to withstand a 4+ hour flight with nasty turbulence was a true triumph.

I know I couldn't have done it without the program. God bless everyone at Stress Center! I feel like I've been given a new and exciting life, free of fear with the tools I need to handle the stresses of the world.

I almost feel like I should change my login name to "NoLongerStressedInSeattle"!

Nice job, and congratulations! What a big step. I think it would be a good idea to change your name now. :D

I am waiting for my program hopefully this week, I will fly to Atlanta in two weeks, and I am really scared, 5 hour by myself. I am already having problems to get to sleep, do you think i can just start with that relaxation tape?
