I was sure by now that you would have reached down and wiped our tears away...stepped in and saved the day but once again, I say "Amen", and it's still raining.

As the thunder rolls I barely hear you whisper through the rain "I'm with you" and as your mercy falls. I raise my hands and praise the God
"who gives" and "takes away".

I will praise you in this storm and I will lift my hands. For you are who you are NO matter where I am and every tear I have cried you hold in your hand. You have never left my side and though my heart is torn.
I Will Praise You In This Storm!
words by: Mark Hall

Even when you think you are all alone and no one
cares. Be still and listen and you might just be
able to hear a whisper from God.
Is'nt that awesome to know that God will help carry us thru and give us the peace we are all looking for!
"Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world".

Hi Karen,

This song is amazing...my daughter first brought it to my attention after my Mom passed away unexpectedly this past April...

All I can say is what an AMAZING God we serve!

Karen, thank you for posting this, it's just what I needed today!!! I am experiencing some major depression with some anxiety lately and it came just around the time that was on my "mountain". I was feeling so confident and experiencing the excitement of learning from "the word" and bam!! I'm back down again and feeling very afraid. The things I'm going through now seem worse than EVER, however, I KNOW that it is the enemy that is ANGRY about my committment to GOD..and even though I am in a storm right now, GOD, YOU ARE STILL MY DELIVERER AND MY ROCK..though I walk through the valley of death, I WILL FEAR NO EVIL!!I WILL PRAISE YOU IN THE STORM and WITH HIS STRENGTH, I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED, THIS TOO SHALL PASS...
God bless you and thank you Karen for sharing this

It's a great song! I have found some great song/videos on youtube. Phillips, Craig and Dean, John Rutter, etc.
89.3 and 106.9 FM play Cont. Christian in the Carolinas and Ga. 89.3 (HisRadio.org) streams online, 24/7. they also have talk shows from Dr. James Dobson, Dr. Charles Stanley and others. One night this week, I watched youtube videos and it was a real praise time. God is in control! He is God Alone!

It makes me very happy to know that you all can relate to the post. you know..what InHisWordsEO said is true. This is a song...it's an amazing song of maney...that have been written and sanged by, Mark Hall of Casting Crowns.

They are an amazing Group who sing songs about God. If you have never heard of them you should check out their website www.castingcrowns.com

If you read about their story of how they started out as a singing group at their local church. You will see what I see in them...they are so humble about all their acomplishments they have made in the music industry. They always give praise to God for all they do...and to me that is as humble as it gets.
God Bless You all :)

I love that song. My son who is a Christian and gives me lots of trouble has that. He did recently make me a copy of "How great is our God, sing with me," I love that too. Maybe he'll make a copy of the Casting Crowns one. I didn't know they started in their local church. How cool! Thanks for posting this. I'm having a hard time lately and these posts helped.
