vibrations and heaviness
Lately I have been sleeping and then waking with as vibration in my limbs, like my blood is rushing, but my heart rate is not necissarily racing. also, during the day, i have a heaviness in my legs mostly, and i feel stuffed or blocked inside in general. Does anyone have this? Does anyone know what stress biology could cause this? Thanks.
HI LMM,
Yes, I have the same exact feelings in my legs. That has just started after I have been on Zoloft and Klonopin. I'm coming off my Zoloft and my docter said that I would have to come off my Klonopin, so that I could get the best benefits from the Stress program, because Klonopin works on the central nervous system. It doesn't allow you to concentrate and take in information that you need to get better. He said that sometimes the medicine you take for panic attacks or depression can make you feel heavy or tired. I hope that helps, but yes my body feels the same way, at night I can't rest enough to sleep. Thanks Rachel

Have you tried EFT? There are many videos on youtube and you can get the manual for free here http://www.emofree.org
LMM,
I can't say that I've felt the heaviness, but I have felt the vibrations. I've only felt it twice though. Both times I was in bed trying to fall asleep. I was thinking maybe I have restless leg syndrome or something. But, there is a link. I only feel it when I'm anxious or panicked.
You're not alone...
And, I don't take medications either.
