Hi.

I just wanted to post some good news. I was at a pancake house this a.m. It was very, very crowded and I started to feel that panicky-claustrophic-can't-breath-feeling. I went through the steps in Week 2 and stopped it completely - never went past a level 3, and then was able to stay at the restaurant and finish my breakfast and enjoy myself. I am very proud of myself and just wanted to share.

Hi LisaLisa

You should be very proud of yourself. Way to go sticking it out, and stopping the panic attack.

Feels nice to be in control. I haven't had a panic attack in 3 weeks!

Good for you!

Nicely done, Lisa!!!
I go out to The Original Pancake House for my special treat - at least one day of each month. I prefer going with friends / family and try to go early to avoid long waits.
Like Seahorse, Jeri and Vicky said.. Congrats!!

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. I told anybody who would listen at our 4th of July celebration. For the first time in years have I felt in control of my panic and anxiety. An added bonus, I am sleeping again, too.
