Thanks for the reply. I did the program years ago and worked with a coach as well. Back then I was having derealization and anxiety. I did not know that I was having derealization either did the coach. I thought I was loosing my mind!!!
The anxiety has gotten much better however I am still a bit fearful, hesitant, and not living my life to the fullest! I am a bit agorophobic, even though I will be flying to LA by myself on Thursday...... makes no sense. Certain situations can be difficult especially with dizziness/balance stuff!!! That symptom really brought me to my knees : (
I find that if I carry something heavy or do sit up's, lift weights etc... I feel more off balance! I have to be so careful. I try to eat right, rest, stay hydrated etc... you know, a full time job, ha ha, anxiety symptoms occupy my mind WAY TOO much.
After you finish the program there is a GREAT book, Freedom From Fear written by an MD who had panic for 31 years that you might want to read. It is written by Dr. Howard Leibgold.
