gardengirl: I, too, am in my first week, and I feel a little nervous, too. I think it's only normal that we feel that way. Good luck with the program!

Greetings, I just received my program today and will watch the jump start tonight. I am excited, nervous, skeptical, and everything else. I hope to use the forum a lot, so I look forward to chatting with you all.

Uggh, I also have an appointment with a doctor this week and am worried he will recommend medication...I will not know what to say!

Maybe I should say no and give the program a try first...
