and i cant even get out of thus mood. i just feel like being pouty. i feel very restless too. i hate being this way. why cant i just relax? it is over 100 degrees outside so i dont feel like being outside. . ahh. and my boyfriends friend is over and they are kinda ignoring me and i wish they'd include me. . whatever. . and i shouldnt start my period in 2 weeks so i dont know if its that. . . ahhhh! maybe it is cause my symptoms usually come really early. . . anyway, just needed to vent. thanks. . sorry this post is really dumb.

I can so relate. I've been dealing with some issues and feelings and as a result I am irritable and crabby and insecure. My mind has been going nonstop. Thinking over and over and over. Take care of yourself, nurture yourself and admit that yes, you may be a little moody, but you can't be sunshine all the time right? Just remember that you're feeling a little moody, but that you don't have to take it out on anyone including yourself. the sooner we accept where we're at the sooner it will pass, and it always does!! :)

Hi Holly, just remember, that everyone has there "moody" days, that's normal ;) HOWEVER, remember that we can change our attitude toward it. Moody is a "feeling" and as you know, we can change it! Find something you enjoy and do it! As far as your boyfriend and his friend is concerned, are they "ignoring" you or do that just NOT understand that you're feeling left out? I remind myself when I'm 'feeling" left out of something, that they probably don't even know that I'm being affected that way. They can't read your mind. Have you tried to interact with them? Do you WANT to interact with them? perhaps finding some quiet time to yourself doing what YOU want to do would be more fulfilling at the moment????
I to, get more moody when I am about to start my period. ahhhhh PMS, isn't it wonderful??? :roll:

Hey Holly, I know exactly how you feel, and it definately might be the monthly cycle that is making you feel like that. I always get moody/anxious 1 to 2 weeks before I begin. I can relate to you feeling left out too =( My boyfriend lives 3 hours away and he is always spending time with his friend and they are going out and doing things I can't do even when I am with my boyfriend. You are very lucky to have your boyfriend there. But the last 3 days I have been in a slump I guess, like that. I have been moody and getting mad over little things and I cried twice! Even though I felt better after I did. I decided I didn't want to feel like that and let my thoughts bother me so I did meditation and it went away, i felt so much better, and also whenever I feel like that I do something for myself, have some girl time and do a facial or give myself a peticure. Pampering is a good thing =D Your post wasn't dumb at all, I'm glad you feel you can share and I'm glad I know I am not alone in my moods and bad days either.

Yup, moody days are normal, as are tired days. When I feel like this I try not to overanalyze it, find somehing that makes you feel better and if you feel tired, than rest.

Just remember - this will pass and you'll feel better tomorrow.

There are just some days when it feels impossible to snap out of a weird mood. I agree with the suggestions to do something that you really like to do - whatever makes you feel pampered and comforted.

yeah i simply feel like i cant sap put of it. I am also very anxious and irritable and bored and dont know what to do. im feel like my whole say was a waste. i hate feeling this way. i do feel like it is my hormones. has anyone ever tried progesterone cream? . . i stopped taking my BC pills a month ago so i dunno if that will make me feel worse. . . but i stopped taking it because i hear that it can make your anxiety/depression worse . . . all i do is feel like taking an ativan just to relax myself i feel like i cant stay still. . . or relax
