That woozy head feeling can be very scary. I used to feel like there was a shadow around me that was descending very quickly. My head felt whooshy a lot, like I was dizzy or off balance or something. There was also a dark shadow that felt like it was around my eyes. I also suffered from really intense DR/DP. I started taking Cymbalta about two and half weeks ago, and these symptoms have subsided. Thank God because I thought that I was really sick with something like a brain tumor. It was all anxiety! And I feel better now that I don't have those symptoms. I hope you feel better soon!

I really agree with Emma Rose. Being anxious seems to be more tiring than running a marathon! I sometimes catch myself grinding my teeth, every muscle in my body tense, my mind racing, and then I have a huge drop in energy. I have to "get behind myself and push" in order to get anything done after these episodes, and sometimes even that isn't enough. The relaxation CD really helps me in this area...when I am listening to it like I'm supposed to! ;)

I have been going through this for the last couple of weeks. I have had all kinds of blood tests...thyroid...I am even going to a cardiologist this week. I am so sick of feeling this way. I have suffered from anxiety for my whole life but this just won't go away!! I just feel weak which usually goes away after a couple of days but not this time!

This is my "new thing" as well. I constantly feel tired and it's so frustrating because I was a collegiate soccer player up until this year. I had more energy than I knew what to do with...now I can barely cook food. But we WILL overcome this! The bible tells us that when we've done all that we can do to stand...to stand. Good luck and God bless!

oh yaa man I know what you mean, I feel the same way and I would get up like about 3 times or more a night then the next day I was so tired and weak I didnt want to even eat. You are not alone and we will overcome this. I also feel very woozy headed and numbness in my head too. Hang in there buddy.

Tired, weak, exhausted, anxious, restless, foggy, dizzy, and on and on...
Interrupted sleep is my main trigger for my anxiety. I wish I could sleep a full deep and restful 8 hours. You aren't alone. Practice some of the tips/ideas others have shared on this and other threads. We're in this together...
