depressing anxiety

Feb. 07 I didn't know what was happening to me when I woke up in a sweat, dizzy, blurred vision etc. etc. I went through every test to be told it was stress related. I got "better" in a month, was able to cope like I had but still had some dizzyness. In Jan. 08 I started having the symptoms again, anxious, fearful, started taking .5 ativan every second day. I now have burning in my chest (new in the last two months).

I've had a few times where I would go to the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack or something. I was told that it was stress related, but the only advice I would get was to "reduce stress." No one ever told me how to do that.

This program has made a big difference in my life - especially in telling me what I can do to "reduce stress."
