why do I feel more angry

I started session 6 on Monday and since then I feel like people are irritating me more or maybe I am more aware of it. I am trying to learn how to deal with it but why is this so hard. I try to go for a walk when I feel nasty does anything else work?

This is so hard because you're trying to reprogram your brain and way of thinking. Self talk is another tool, and of course exercise is good. I think that being more aware of it like in session 6, that happens too! Give it some time and don't be hard on yourself, it's a process. Anger is one of my biggies to deal with also. Good Luck!

Hey there,

I actually don't know what to say. I'm dealing w/my own anger this days and hate the feeling of being upset/frustrated/irritable !! Funny thing is I noticed that when I feel this way I look for more things to fuel my anger! Is that wrong or what?? (LOL) No doubt, there is not an easy way out. There is a big challenge to break the habit though and that's when you have to apply positive thinking. Again, this is the hard part and can emotionally drag you down. Please remember to try a little smile. I know I will.
