ok so i am going to post this kind of again- i just need to be sure before i go on the antidepressant that is sitting here in front of me.
i am sure this is anxiety but does anyone feel just out of the blue (i do have pretty constant anxiety but fluctuates in severity) just icky like lightheaded, stomachache, weak and faint. not even when you are feeling that anxious. it will last a couple hours and just feels awful like low blood sugar or something. (i know it is not low blood sugar- i check it). this has been happening at least once a day and usually in afternoon or evening.
i just cannot believe anxiety would do this!!
symptom question
Hi Rene50....I've got to tell you...there are so many great books out there to supplement this program. The woman who pioneered this whole "natural" letting go and facing panic thing is Clare Weeks. She has written many books on the subject, "Peace from Nervous Suffering" and there are about 4 more she wrote. If you go on Amazon.com you can look up any one of her books and you'll see them all. Anyways...she gives you EVERY single detail of what is going on in your body and why and how to heal it. It is simple read, Lucinda mentioned her in her book, this program is sort of similiar to her teachings in that she teaches us to Face, Float, and let time pass. But she explains in full detail every tiny symptom of anxiety there is. These books were written in the 1970's and 80's and they still pertian to this program. Also, she was a psychiatrist. I am assuming you have been examined by your doctor and they have told you this is just anxiety? So check out this woman, she was amazing and dedicated her life to this condition. I hope this helps out...but to answer your question...there is a section in their about "gidiness" and low blood sugar feelings etc. Good luck...and I don't think it's a bad idea for any of us to suppliment this program as long as it goes along the same idea. I wish you peace soon.
