Has this ever happened to you, I was having an OK sort of a day, Got home from work and had a Hersheys Nutrageous bar, and boy was it good, But anyway about 30 mins later I started getting wound up and grumpy it eventually ended in me falling out with myself, burning the hand of myself on the cooker, having a full blown anger attack, punching the door and smashing a bowl of the wall
Which has resulted in, No dinner for me, and I've spent the last 3 hours in the bedroom sulking, the wife and kids will now not speak to me.
Grrrr, Hersheys!!!!!! Has this ever happened to you? It happens every so often with me, usually after chocolate or the likes

I have decided that chocolate and sweets in general are to be enjoed in extreme moderation, at least for me anyway. I agree that the sugar rush, coupled with the caffeine can cause people like us to have mood swings. I used to drink several cups of coffee a day and eat a ton of sweets and I was very moody. I think in general these foods aren't meant to be eaten on a regular basis, and eventhough they are so yummy, why eat them if they cause problems? For now I choose to stay away from a lot of sweets because of the mood swings. One other thing, don't beat yourself up for you outburst. Just acknowledge it and move foward.
