Does anyone get little chest flutters and instantly have a little mini panic attack, not palpitations just a little flutter. I scares me a new fear.Usually on the right side . and its just for a split second. Not in the heart region just in general and just for a split second and then instant panic.

No I've had major chest pain lately as I'm getting better about the "What If's". Went to the Dr. she sent me to the Hospital, did the stress test thing and so far nothing. But they still happen. I think it's our way of getting better at anxiety. Like we have to have something until we can get over that too. Does that sound too strange?

Yes! I have had flutters that only last seconds in the chest area. When anxiety is instant for a person(like me) after such a event it scares the heck out of me. Only now do I realize that all these body symptoms are produced by anxiety.I always thought something was physically wrong. Do you ever worry that your body can't take it anymore and something REALLY happens?

Yes, I have the flutters, but have experienced numb sensations in my arms, and when it went in my left arm, I immediately thought of a heart attack, but like most of you, I have had the whole package of testing, and nothing is wrong with my heart. It is hard to stay calm when these symptoms hit. Best of luck to you all, and I know we can overcome this! Leigh

I'm 65 and have suffered with anxiety and panic since I was a little girl (off and on). I've been to the emergency room 2-3 times as an adult because of heart symptoms and had monitors put on for 24 hours, sonograms, ekg's etc. and nothing's ever wrong (except for panic) but I'm glad to get reassured anyway.
