To All-
MW customer service is perhaps the worst example of customer care, concern, helping, support, that I have ever experienced. Anyone have the same experience? It was ironic that I had to listen to the Relaxation Tape twice just to come down off the experience! It was immediately after receiving the program and I was just trying to correct being sent Cassette/VHS and I really needed CD's/DVDs. I was met with blame, accusations, shame, harsh tones and defensiveness. NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE US! I am still harboring a little resentment which makes me question validity and real honesty to Lucinda's voice and comments about being there for me. Well they sure weren't there for me the very 1st time I needed them! Anyone else have similar experience? How can I rectify my postion, stance? Do I let it go? Send a letter?

Joey8892... OK, so you ran into a bad Customer Service person. It happens more and more these days. Yes, I would definitely write/call. I agree this is NOT what we should expect from a program which is supposed to be supportive. I have had no personal experience with StressCenter.com customer service, so I can't comment. BUT the most important question is: Did you get your problem resolved? Did you ultimately get what you needed?

Are you letting someone else take charge of your feelings? The bottom line is not to let THEM affect YOU. Get what you need, and don't let THEM take charge. If you think about your experience, I believe you will see that you are upset about something that in the grander scheme is not important. What IS important is that you not let one rude person prevent YOU from getting what YOU need from this program. Does this happen in other areas of your life also? Believe ME.... once I realized how many times I let other people's attitudes affect me, I saw how they were getting in my way of attaining what I need. THEY had control over ME!!! The Customer Service person obviously didn't care about YOU. Why should YOU care about THEM? Get the correct CD's/DVD's, write the letter if it resolves anything for your feelings, and don't let THEM take control!! I hope this helps... and good luck with the program.

I have to tell you...I started taking calls for StressCenter last week. It's not customer service, just one of the people you
talk to when you order the program. I finished the program a little over a year ago and am totally the person the program said I would be...happy, confident, feel good about things, etc. I get choked up just about every time somebody calls in and buys the program like I did in February '07. I cant imagine people being rude, they should hunt them down and fire them :-)

I'm still taking the good days, they are excellent...I was on their website the other day to find their customer service number so I could send in my change of address. They now have a good nights (or something like that) too. Supposed to calm you down so you sleep good etc. I ordered those and cant wait to try them out.

Back when I ordered this program, there were no "free" vitamin offers or I probably would have sent the whole she-bang back. IMO, it makes the program look cheesy. Maybe a letter with suggestions for different vitamins that are known to be helpful so you could decide whether or not to purchase them would be better. Nobody likes a surprise vitamin of the month club!

Joey8892, were you able to exchange the cassettes for the CDs? I can't see where that should be a problem anyway. Wonder why they barked at you for their mistake? If you weren't able to do an exchange yet, continue to call back until you get someone who will give you what you want. Bug 'em till they cave in. ;)

I'v been on the free supplements for 18 days now. I also take my multi, calcium, vit C,D & E,Zinc. I spoke with my pharmacist cuz I also take thyroid meds, protonix (acid reflux disease), xanax (anxiety), papaverine (tinnitus)& occasionaly I take ambien to sleep.I have had no problems or interactions. I take w/breakfasr every am. I do feel better since taking them along with all my other vitamins & meds thruout the day. I just called & subscribed to the automatic shipment. It may not be for everyone, but I feel between the program (I'm in middle of session 3) & the spplements I am able to cut back on my xanax & have more energy & less aniety thru my days. You have to decide what's right for you! Best of luck to you!

I would like to say that I had wonderful experience with customer service. I was going to have to send the program back because of some financial issues I encountered and StressCenter.com bent over backwards to help me work out a payment plan so I could keep it. Thank goodness for that - because I use this program every day!

StressCenter.com went way beyond the call of duty to help me when I decided I couldn't afford the program...like Scarymom, they offered a plan that allowed me to keep the program and I am forever grateful. Everytime I have talked with them they have been kind, courteous and sincere. I really couldn't ask for better service than what I have received from StressCenter.com. I hope no one gets discouraged from one disgruntled customer service rep and if you have one, find out their name and advise StressCenter.com immediately. Blessings, Judy :)

Hi, is anyone else having trouble with having money deducted from their account because of the "Free" vitamins? I have been hit 2 months in a row for pills I never wanted in the first place. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. I feel I've been ripped off by Lucinda and her program.
All I have to say is: WORD! What a shady business practice! I ordered the program, NOT pills. Why not suggest them on the website for people who may be interested? Don't force them on people and just start charging away on their credit cards.
