Here it goes...

and I did not do any of this on my own, but with God.

Remember I had never gone to church in my life before this happened..

Dec- Panic Attacks and quit working. Didn't leave the house for a month or so. On Lexapro. One trip to the ER. Crazy scary thoughts. Started going to church and meeting with some people their who prayed for me. Continued to go to church ALOT! Got babtized. Went to conferences and bible studies.Prayed and Fasted. Read lots. Went to church lots. Did not do anything I use to. Scared, Panicky and not independant at all. Did Cognitive Therapy with a therapist. Had support around. Thought I was crazy, insane and would never be happy again. Never went out much on my own. Slept alot and felt hopless.

Now fast forward 5 months later.
May Back at work after 5 months of not working. Day 3 off of Lexapro. (Stopped cold turkey) No side effects. Flying in June across the country and into Canada. Hockey games, malls, driving, etc... Doing everything and more than before I had panic attacks. Also feeling way different as a person and life than before I had panic attacks. So much more to say, but I won't go into it anymore than this right now.

If someone wants to know the real changes that have taken place because of God, I would love to share more with you. But let me just tell you this. God found me and now I am new!

Jayson, That is a WONDERFUL triumph story :D I believe that your story bears witness to the truth:
"Not by might Not by Power, but by my spirit, sayeth the Lord" Zachariah 4:6

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths". Proverbs 3:5-6

God bless you and The best of luck in your new life :D
Blessings
Robin
"O God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you;my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63
