Dear Diamond...phew! Slow down there! This is what the whole "perfectionism" thing is all about! ;)

I started the Program in January and I am on Lession 12! I go at my own pace and so far it has truly made an impact in my life! I DO need to listen to the Relaxation Tape more often..I find that when I slack off then start listening to it again I am like "Aha! This tape really works and I need to use it more often! :p

The beauty of Purchasing this System is that, unlike seeing a therapist (which I also do) you can GO BACK to whatever issues you may need help with ANYTIME YOU WANT! So if you don't feel like certain things are "sinking in" don't worry...just keep going and go back to it later. Yes, you need to be committed to making positive changes in your life...but you CAN work this Program around your schedule and your needs. It's just like "us" to do what you did and actually calculate out exactly how many hours a week this would take...but you really don't need to squeeze it all into a week to get results ...I am living proof of that! :D

I listen to the audio portion when I am driving or sometimes when I am cleaning around the house. I DO listen to it 3 times and watch the video during the same Lesson..but it sometimes takes me 2 weeks to get thru everything because I get busy...this program is not designed to become another stressor in your life. You can customize it to work around your needs! :)

Good luck..and don't give up!!

Thanks leajay!
I was wondering the same thing about time for the program and I have found it taking me longer then a week to get thru one lesson and was wondering if anyone else took longer. Your comments picked me up and I quit beating myself up for not finishing in exactly one wek.

Yes, leajay, thank you! It has been taking me longer than a week to get through lessons, and it is encouraging to hear that you are five months into the program and still following at your own pace :)

I'm bad about not doing the relaxation tape. I only doing it a few times a week. I don't know if it hurts or hinders me. I feel okay with it. I often do the breathing when I'm trying to go to sleep and I think of the tape without going through the whole process.

I've been in this program for a week. Started sssion 3 today! Seems like most of the stuff so far I've heard & tried before I'm 49 & have had aniety since I was 10, that wa my first panic attack. I take 2 xanax every morning just so I can go to work. Don't have many panic attacks anymore, just lots of negative thoughts & depression! Depression has ben a bigger problem for me the past few years & has gotten worse this past year! It's hard to run a business & find time to keep up with the program. I hope I can stay committed. I have to go take care of my mom in a few weks who has cancr. She stats her 4th chemo treatment tomorrow. She's in MT & I'm in NM. I plan to stay with her a month. The guilt of leaving my husband on his own to run our business is tearing me up. I'm not sure if this program is right for me either. I'm having a hard time just understanding how all this online stuff works. I've been requesting tech help all last week & have yet to get somone to answer & help me out. I have untll the 30th, maaybe I'll just save myself the money & frustration & return the program. Good luck at whatever you decide to do! Nobody said it was gonna be easy!

When I first started I did the new CD every week. I have been in the program for about 12 weeks and I am on lesson 8. I am working through the CD's, but the action assignments are lacking. I think I need to go back and work the action assignments more.

Thanks for just replying & letting me know you are out there. I've been feeling so isolated since i don't know much about this online support group. I keep calling & e-mailing for support but no one answers me. Glad to know you're out there1 Is it worth sticking with the program? Does it help with depresion/suicidal thoughts? I'm at the end of my rope. I'm real tired of calling the 911/crisis line (ust a metaphor, not serious) & being put on hold! my best friend killed hersekf 3 years ago cuz no one really responded to her. She cut off her real friens 2 years earlier. I have thougths of dying but am too anal & selfish to go thru with it. Is that normal? I hope to hear from you again. Thanks again for responding!!! Bless You!!!

Hey Diamond Girl Friend! I'm feeling overwhelmed too! I've been on this program very seriously for 11 days now. Somedays I wake-up in a good mood & some not! I'm beginning to think this is another money scam! I've been down this road for over 40 years now, it just getbold afternawhile! This is my last hope, & I surley can't afford it! Everyone promises a guarantee cure but so far it hasn't happened. I'm patient but this is ridiculous! I may just send the program back & just survive as I have always done. I don't have this kind of money to spend on a maybe anymore. You do what you gotta do, hopefully I'll feel different tomorrow! Good luck to you!

I have listened to two tapes so far and all I put up with the first one being a testimonial. As far as advise, there is nothing I have not tried, from reading books and eventually web sites. One thing that I REALLY hated was on one of the video's "If every thing you wanted is not enough, want LESS Harold Kushner wrote a book by this title, at least 20 years ago. thats a book <click on the link<. But when the second one went to the group with more testamonials I had to stop. I was hearing things about my depression that sounded like me but I had not even thought of, making me MORE depressed. I read some where about a 4.99 a month online inoformation.... I will try that for a month, but that will be it.
