Hang in there Amber. That's exactly how I was about 2 months ago. And....it took a little time but it did get much, much better. I did learn that you should TRY to relax when you can and eventually your body will calm down. I was so scared that I wouldn't get better but I did. I'm not 100% yet but it will come.
BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!
Allow yourself to feel anxious,Amber. I know it is scary right now but the more you welcome it in (even a little tiny bit) the easier it will become and the less anxiety you will have. Go to the mirror and tell yourself that it's oK you feel anxious. With more practice and exposure allowing will become easier.
Do mirror work and love that little person inside of you who is so afraid. You will take care of her. You will handle this for her. You will allow her to feel anxious if she wants to. It's harmless and she is safe.

Im so sorry you are having such a difficult time right now. But know that you are not alone.
Most of us here have been where you are now. It is a terrifying place to be but you can get better, you can recover from this condition.
I finally got mad, decided I wasn't gonna live like this anymore, focused on the program, and truly feel recovered today. It's hard work but worth every effort you make. I was so scared, had a very difficult time leaving my home. But today I'm so much better. Remember, it's just anxiety, you'll be fine. No big deal. The more you tell yourself this the sooner it will be better. Please focus on the program, but do it at your own pace, little by little, you will see your progress and one day be truly amazed at the peace you can feel. Never give up, YOU CAN DO THIS. Good Luck to you.
