Hi, is anyone else having trouble with having money deducted from their account because of the "Free" vitamins? I have been hit 2 months in a row for pills I never wanted in the first place. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. I feel I've been ripped off by Lucinda and her program.

Hi, Sunnie... I have never heard of "Free" vitamins through Lucinda’s' program, but I did order the good days complete dietary supplements that were offered to me when I began the program, last September. I notice a difference in my mental and physical feelings whenever I miss a day. The outlook and feelings it gives me, is such an improvement that I ordered a second for my son in college (if college isn't stressful, I don't know what is!) Have you considered giving them a try?
P.S. No Sunnie, I don't work for the supplement provider... I just wish the best for you. You are worth it! Seadog.

When I ordered the program I also received one month supply of free vitamins. Unless you cancelled the order they would continue each month. I have found the wellness vitamins to really work and plan to continue them. Just call the company they came from and cancel.

I had totally forgotten about the pills until i saw the charge on my statement this week. Anyone tried them and/or had any side effects? Should I keep them or not. Are they $30/month?

The supplements were also sent to me at the time of my order to Stress. I had no idea that I would be receiving them and didn't want them since I have my own vitamins, etc., approved by my physician. I did read up on the ingredients and found out there was some ingredients in the supplements that I was very senstive to, so, I e-mailed MW and they instructed me to send them back which I did. I had no problem and was not charged for them. You can either call or e-mail MW and I'm sure you will be taken care of. Blessing to all, Judy

I agree with Luvlife. It IS easy to cancel and return, but I felt a bit put off when there was no way to "opt out" of the "free" offer when ordering the course. It was especially disconcerting when I saw "UPSELL" as part of the text on my order. Maybe this wasn't meant to be visible, but I think it hurts the credibility of the program. Also, many persons with anxiety are on certain meds and the formula might not be right for them, and possibly harmful. Just because herbs and supplements are OTC it does NOT mean they are not to be considered as part of an entirety. What if a person is taking a supplement(s) already? There should be a statement akin to "check with your Doctor if you are taking medication before starting the supplements." On the other hand, vitamins and supplements can be valuable. I just think it should be approached in a different manner.

I used the vitamins for several months and I thought they were wonderfull.....I stopped because they were missing some minerals my doctor wanted me to have but if that werent the case I would have continued.

First off I would never blame Lucinda for ripping off anyone it has been her program and her services such as the vitamins, the online chat that have been my saving grace. If you are not satisfied with the vitamins simply call the 800 number and cancel them with a customer service person. They were very accomodating to me when I needed to do this.

Ive learned that you get a whole lot more respect when you give it so if you call calmly and respectfully discuss your issue Im sure you will acheive a very agreeable outcome. Attacking and accussing isnt going to get you much of anything except aggrevated.

Good luck for you.

I'm definitely NOT saying it's a rip-off. The vitamins and supplements can be very valuable. Please dont't misunderstand. Just think it should be approached differently, and people wouldn't think they are being forced into buying them.

Sunnie, after I posted my 1st reply to you, I remembered that my first month of supplements were Free. See, they really do work; my memory is getting better day-by-day!
I do recommend them based on my own improvement. The Autoship Savings Plan gives a 67% discount of retail price. That means the 4 tablets only cost me 48 cents a day. Sounds like a Good deal to me. You might show the box, with the ingredients on the back, to your Dr. or someone else qualified to advise you.
Sunnie, Take good care of yourself… Seadog.

To All-
MW customer service is perhaps the worst example of customer care, concern, helping, support, that I have ever experienced. Anyone have the same experience? It was ironic that I had to listen to the Relaxation Tape twice just to come down off the experience! It was immediately after receiving the program and I was just trying to correct being sent Cassette/VHS and I really needed CD's/DVDs. I was met with blame, accusations, shame, harsh tones and defensiveness. NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE US! I am still harboring a little resentment which makes me question validity and real honesty to Lucinda's voice and comments about being there for me. Well they sure weren't there for me the very 1st time I needed them! Anyone else have similar experience? How can I rectify my postion, stance? Do I let it go? Send a letter?
