Recently, I started having really bad anxious ness. My anxiety has come back and I anticipate going to work and what can happen. I go to work anyway but when I get there I feel this shakiness anxious feeling inside me. It makes me tired. Is this anxiousness that is part of the Anxiety I am experiencing? PLease Help!!

Anxiety takes on all kinds of symptoms, Rosalie, and, yes, it does sound like that is what you are experiencing. You do not need to be afraid of it, however. Do you have the program? I highly recommend it to help you on your way to healing.

I agree with Boon, there are a lot of symptoms and yours sound like anxiety. I've felt similar in the past, especially when I had a job that stressed me out (teaching).
