Grandpa's Illness

Hi all!
I have posted on here regarding my grandfathers illness. Tomorrow my family and I are heading up there because we are not sure how much longer he has. It's extremeley difficult and hard to deal with but I couldn't imagine handling this all without these skills I've learned through the program.
Just wanted to let the StressCenter.com know that and I am taking you along with me!
Please pray for him and all of my family during this difficult time.

Lisa, you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. My grandma passed away 3 weeks ago and I know that without this program I would have had a breakdown. Enjoy your time together and let your grandpa know how much you love him. Please take care.
