Tomorrow is world day of prayer. I don't know if where you live or at your church you're having anything. I would like to hear what God is doing around America. In our small town they are having prayer at the Pregnancy Center for several hours. Our church and hopefully other churches in the area are having prayer. Ours if from noon till lpm. I would like to hear if anything is happening in your area or you know what's going on other places. Let us pray together about these different events and also state the results after this day. I'm quite sure Shirley Dobson from Focus on the Family started all this. Is there something going on at the white house? Any info about tomorrow's "World Day of Prayer" would be appreciated.

I never had heard about that neither. I will have to check around and see what is going on where I live. What a wonderful way to bring the Lord all around to us all on the same day, what a wonderful day tomorrow will be! God bless you!

Pray for Our Nation

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

-II Chronicles 7:14 NKJV

Today is the National Day of Prayer. Let us join our faith together to pray for our country and her leaders:

Lord, we give You thanks, praise, glory, and honor, for You are our God. You are the great I AM, the King of kings, and Lord of lords. We bless You and praise You.

Give wisdom, revelation, and understanding to our country's leaders. We praise You for providing us with a president who has a relationship of prayer with You. Reveal the mind of Christ to him. Grant him the spirit of David and the wisdom of Solomon.

We lift our country up to You. This country was founded upon Your Word, the Bible, and today we are calling our country back to You and Your Word, back to prayer and repentance.

Father, our country needs Your mercy. We need Your forgiveness. We need Your healing. We claim Your power to heal our nation. You are a big and mighty God, able to do beyond all that we can ask or even think.

Let this nation become the beacon You meant it to be, so that the light of the Gospel will shine forth and reach the uttermost bounds of the earth. May Your people be called to a new sense of prayer and commitment, unified as we look to You as our Source of help and strength. In Jesus' precious name we pray. Amen.

My Declaration of Faith for Today
Lord, I join with others to pray in agreement for You to heal and bless our country.

Thank you for that prayer, Believer. I went to our church for World Day of Prayer. I Pastor got sick and had to go home. There was only 5 people but the word says "where 2 or 3 are gathered in his name" so it's more than 2 or 3. I believe as we continue praying for our country it wILL turn back to God.
