getting off Lexapro

I was trying a switch from Paxil to Lexapro, but slowly my depression and anxiety got worse, especially depression. I decided to go back on Paxil and I am currently decreasing the Lexapro and hopefully it will be out of my system in a few days. Anyone had this experience with Lexapro that it made your symptoms worse and how soon did you start to feel better once the drug was gone? Any thoughts. I can't wait to have this depression lift, I am working my CD's.

I went off of Paxil because it caused me to gain some massive weight, which by the way they tell you that it should not do that. I started lexapro and I am increasingly gaining weight and it does not seem to help the anxiousness. Plus a few months back I was ready to kill myself and I was on the medication. They found out that I was B12 deficient and that has helped alot.

My dad is ob B12 because he is deficient in it. He seems to be okay on them.
