A little retreat
Hello all, Just ended my second session, I'm also on vacation this week and I did something that I haven't given myself in a long time. I booked a two niter, 3 days of a calif coast gettaway, just me and my dog, he will benefit from it two, he can get stressed out badly and then he flakes (dry Skin), so me and him are perfect for ea. other. When I'm not at work he has a watchful eye on me and or always at my side. After I made the Res. I got a panic attack, but this time it was cool, because I knew what and why it was happening, I'm totally excited to again be doing things for myself and having the courage again to do them on my own. Anyone else out their going on retreats?
Congrats! That's great! I just finished a weekend trip to Atlanta. I was anxious, but also had a good time. Now that I know what I am dealign with (thanks, program!), it's easier. I hope you enjoy your retreat. I live in Michigan, but I don't think there's a more beautiful collection of God's work than in California. God bless!

Thank You, The first day that I got there was not guite up to my standards(u know those high standards), I let it get to me and started getting mad that I was thinking of leaving and going home wher I would be safe!. WHAT? Well it took alot of self talk, I ended up staying and enjoyed every minute of it. I had my Wonderful dog (Bo Bo) with me, I took him to the beach where we played and we took alot of walks on the boardwalk. It was pleasant and very relaxing. I'm looking forward to doing it again. Calif does have alot to check out but I have been to Atlanta (truck Driver) and it has alot of beautiful sites and trees. Can't say to much about Mich.
Ha Ha!
