Tina: I bought the program in Nov. got up to session 5- then stopped and did it on and off- I restarted yesterday- I dont have any ideas other than take your time and DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP, that will make it worse for sure! please let me know if you get any good ideas! you arent alone.. again!
<span class="ev_code_RED">I think we should do the program together so we can talk to each other about it and stuff. And if we have troubles with a certain part then we can kind of talk and help each other out. Because originally me and my boyfriend were gonna do it together, but now hes never home so its kind of weird watching it alone and every time I watch it I loose intrest and think about other stuff. Its crazy.</span>
<span class="ev_code_RED">Maybe we should start watching them at the same time, have a schedual or somthing like that...and talk about what we watched. Or if you have any other ideas...</span>
perhaps we should pick a day to start session 1 or 2, pick days that week we'll do it (keep regular) and then email on the following day our thoughts and just support eachother.. perhaps this will help keep us encouraged because we have to answer to eachother.. we could start tonight, we'll both do session 2 and the homework.. chat tomorrow about it? and maybe make a goal that neither of us smoke till noon tomorrow? LOL..
