cant breath
has anybody ever felt like they are spo out of breath and didnt do anything physical. like somebody is pushing against your chest and upper back and you have to try and breath alot and than you get all light headed and feel like youre going to pass out and its like the only time you get enough air is when you yawn. i started feeling that way at workand felt like i was going to pass out and THAN started having a panic attack and my heart was racing and felt like i was gonna pass out. what can i do to help ease this? any vitamins i can take or breathing techniques?? this is the worst feeling ever and since it happedned at work in front of people i start feeling this way before i go to work.

Try to do the breathing techniques outlined in the program.
Put one hand on your abdomen (right above your belly button) and one on your chest.
The breathe in for 2sec. softly, easily, don't stress the breathing. Make sure your tummy goes out a bit.
Then breathe out for 4 sec. your stomach should go in now.
when you count do it like so one thousand one, one thousand and two.
I had something similar and I also had mild asthma so it makes it harder. I think we try to control the breathing, just try to keep busy and not think about it.
