Greetings -- I have a hard time being tuned into my feelings. I just don't seem to have enough control to say this is a negative thought or feeling and put myself in charge of it enough so I can do something about it. I know I am not positive and that I have just about every symptom that is mentioned, but it is difficult for me to recognize it at the time to the extent that it hits me beween the eyes enough to act onj it.
What to do???? WW.
(Still not in the course, yet. Waiting to see my 2007 tax return from accountamnt and what I need financially to cover it and estimates for 2008)

Hi worry wort!
I know exactly what your talking about. It is the hardest thing in the world to catch yourself in the moment when your upset and stop yourself before you get too overwhelmed. I do it all the time. Even now, Im on session 5 in the program and I can see that Im definetely learning what it is, but it takes so long to actually figure out how to stop it. The program helps you to catch yourself, but its still a process, 2 steps foreward, 1 step back.
Unfortunatly, money is always going to be tight, and there will always be a financial obligation here or there to tend to, but krisse is right, you are worth the money. I can tell you that I am so far beyond where I was a couple of months ago, Its rediculous. Im going back to work, Im not scared to be alone, I enrolled in school again, Its amazing. The most important lesson the tapes teach you is to recognize what your doing, when your doing it. That right there is half the battle!
I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find a way to get the program. Its not easy work, but nothing worthwhile ever is!
