Are there meeting suport groups in San Diego, Ca

HI I am Denis

I have gone through the program and my anxiety is getting better.

I am a people person and communicate much better in a person. I would love to go to a monthly suypport meeting in my city of San Diego.

Is there such a thing?

Thats a great question..........If not perhaps you can also create one.

I would love to know if there is one in Michigan or if anyone would like to create one.

There is this great support group called Recovery Inc. that is located in multiple states, just google it and click on your state and it will prvide you with the locations, days, and times of the meetings in your area. I also attend a group meeting in my pschologists office, but you have to pay a co-pay every time you meet. Besides, The Recovery Inc. Group is much better.

I just started the program today. I looked at the Jumpstart video. Thanks for the tips on Recovery, Inc. I had not heard of them before reading your post.
