Hello. I just want to know if anyone gets their heart palpatations when they are talking and really into a good conversation. Its almost like I am really excited then I will feel one.

Of course, I lose my train of thought and can't think about anything else but my heart palpatation. I know that my heart is healthy per my cardiologist but its still very bothersome.

I;ve had that happen to me before too.
I think I get anxious talking to that person and if he/she is speaking I would have the habit of not letting them finish the sentence -I anxiously wanted them to shut up LOL (I'm working on this bad habit)

My boss does this all the time; he interrupts me
when I am talking so I can see how annoying I must
be to that other person too!

I am a talker - love to talk too...

I don't think I am necessarily anxious just excited and my heart will skip or flutter.... while I am talking. Probably not breathing the way I should cuz I get so excited to talk about stuff... Does this make sense?

Yes it makes sense because I have had the same thing. I get excited and start gulping air in or
hold my breath.

You are getting excited about the topic of discussion which triggers changes in your breathing which can cause the palpitations out of
excitement.

Yes I have recently realized that when I get excited my heart races/palpitates as well. Only were use to it when were panicking.....but guess what it happens when were HAPPY!!! Its just good old adrenaline!!

Don;t worry about the palps or else you can turn it into a panic attack. Try to concentrate on your breathing correctly with the technique Lucinda teaches while talking to the other person.
Hope this helps ;)
