I am SO positive today!!!
I know I am not suppose to be so Affected, but,
The Boss is out 1/2 the day for the whole week!!! So it's a good kind of affectiveness LOL
YAY!!! No one to look over my shoulder from his
fish bowl window!! Hee Hee
Although I am suppose to be supervising the girls.
They are all here today(one girl called in sick)
The absenteeism is very high in our office lately.
I am feeling calm, and postive and even a bit more energized-even though I didn't get to bed that early last night. (still working on the
anticipatory anxiety I get at night)
I plan on Starting my Session no 5 today.

How are you feeling today?

Happy days at the office. I always liked it when the bosses went to the branch offices for the week. I'm doing pretty good. Skimmed lesson 5 - it was already things I was aware of and knew. Working on lesson 6 but at the moment I have nothing that arouses my anger so it is hard to be working on this when nothing (anger wise) is coming up at the moment. I guess I could move on and go back to #6 when/if it's needed. ??

Thanks!! I guess it's like a breath of fresh air
to have a 'less stressful' day at work !!!
The office still has a high absenteeism rate lately but I'm basically back to my own job and
not 'covering' for anyone.

Isn't it great to be without the boss? LOL :p

If you think you have a handle on it then you can move on. But just think of it 'anger doesn't have to be outright outbursts- I know I have to work on my anger which manifests itself in victim thinking. That I get mad at the world
and bitter for my unhappiness. I'll prob need to work on it harder.

Are you kidding? Not supposed to be affected? If my boss was out like that. I'd do cartwheels haha. Good for you being so positive! Oh and thanks for getting that song stuck on my head :p

Congrats DebDeb! I know I always love it when the boss is away. I have been stuck on lesson 7. I think it I am assertive, but I say yes to a lot of things I would rather not do. Enjoy your day and God bless you.

I can't believe how much more relaxed I feel without him 'watching' over me all the time!!

Thank You Missletoes;

I am will start session 5 today; Session 7 sounds like a hard Session-Good Luck. I think
we all say yes to things we don't want to do-but
I guess we have to draw the line somewhere.
Good Luck !
