Well I saw the Lucinda said you could move to session 2 half way I tried but got nervous. I thought to myself that "you didn't do it step for step you wont get better" so i freaked out and went to listen to session 1 again today which should be my day 3 on session one. So today I listen to session 1 and 2
I feel like I totally went overboard with it and now can't collect my thoughts and see where I am at.
So do I start allllll over or just say Matt today is day 3 on session one and you are fine!!

Take a deep breathe. I am sure that you got what you needed out of it the first time. You can just start where you left off. You will be just fine...I am the same way but guess what hearing it twice isn't going to do you any good and you can't learn anything new! If you need to then you should go back but only for that reason! Don't let the OCD get in your way of getting through this program sucessfully! Best wishes and God bless!

when most people start the program they have more anxiety, thats quite normal. I didnt spend a week on lesson one either. Went on to lesson 2. Just be sure and do your workbook and lesson to your relaxation tape,, it helps alot.
I found the further i got into to the program there were some lessons, I spent more time on, to be sure i really understood them and comprehended the skills.. But, its okay to go to lesson two, dont stress and dont beat yourself up for going forward,,, Take Care Nelly:)
