Hi Deb:
I have been there for sure! I have moved passed that quite a bit now (on session 7-8) look at it like this: you must be in recovery as you are going through all the stages as we all have/are

take pride in your journey/evolution through this. I have read many of your posts and you have so much going on! wow! make sure you keep watching your self talk, you are very hard on yourself! your post about your husband and having a baby relates to my post yesterday (general comments- Does taking good risks feel bad at first?) check that out, it will help

try and get Lucinda's book from Panic to Power it is a great tool to take around with you and its a great read! I relate to the mother issue too

how can one person throw you into a fit? mine makes me want to bleed and kill myself, its an overwhelming feeling she gives me..even on my best day! ?!
I agree with you practise being less affected and more effective, keep with the program and try and slow your thoughts down, sloww way down, enjoy the momment (even sitting in traffic believe it or not I miss those quiet momments in my car) and be more compassionate for yourself

I review session 3 daily, this has helped me greatly! I suggest that!
please feel free to PM if you want to chat
Best wishes today girlie! almost 5
