Can't Stop Choking

I also had this years ago and got to the point of believing I couldn't swallow a pill or I would choke. It was my anxiety and nervousness and worry. It went away when I calmed down and stopped focusing on it, and now laugh about myself actually believing I was going to choke. After all, I was eating food and never choked! Oh what we do to ourselves with our thinking sometimes. It is good though to have things checked out by your doctor first.
In addition to what everyone else said (I too have this issue sometimes...nothing more than us tensing our muscles when we are stressed)...once you give it no power, it will subside. I have written this on many occasions about other health issues I had that were stress related. Once they were to come back I talked to them...told them they could stay if they wanted, but I was giving them no power...more often than not, they went away.

does this feel llike a clog in the throat? Like a loogy stuck? I get this very often. In fact it is bad rite now. I dont know if it is anxiety related tho. I thought it was a post nasal drip thing. I have many allergies so I dont know what this is. I woke this morning and I could not get it up or down. IT is aweful. I tell my docs when I see them and they chek me but it is nothing. but there is definatly somthing there. what can this be?
