Do you listen to the Coaching video first? Or
do you go right to the Audio Session?

Morning Deb. Hope you've recovered from the work day yesterday. We had a client have a heart attack in our office years ago. It was frightening. I'm good with other people's emergencies but not my own. Anyway, I always listen to the coaching video first before I go on to the audio session. I'm not so sure though if this is really necessary.

Hi Mary

THe directions say to watch the coaching video
on the second day but like you I enjoy watching
it first because it kind of prepares you for
the audio session.

Work STINKS!!! You can read my post that follows.
I did relax last night and vegged out on the couch. But as soon as I am back here it all starts over again!!
My neck and head is tight, my TMJ area is very
tight and my eyes are tired from all the computer work--- Calgon take me away!!!

I went by the directions...I believe I listened to the audio first, then watched the tape the next day...is that right? I can't remember it's been a while. Either way, I say as long as you are doing everything they suggest (listening every other day, watching the days in between and doing the homework/workbook) I don't see why it should matter that much which one you listen to first.
