I just wanted to thank everyone I have talked to! I just recieved the program today and haven't yet started it just yet. Just talking to people on this web site has helped me so much. I haven't had a panic attack all day long. I started getting one but I made myself start breathing like someone had told me to start doing it immediatly went away. I went to the store today actually two and wasn't on the phone with anyone and I was fine. It was so nice to feel that way. I want to first thank my Lord Jesus Christ for showing me this program so that I could get help and also I would like to thank everyone that I have talked to in any way. Thank you so much and God bless all of you!

Good for you Jennifer, what a great feeling to be in control. Keep up the breathing, I find that helps tremendously too.

Jennifier,

Congratulations! :) I'm really happy to hear about your good news. That's great that even before starting the program you are already taking steps to overcome anxiety. I too thank our Lord Jesus for all the ways He guides us and helps us. Good job and keep it up! :). I wish you and everyone else continued success with everything. Take care.

Rose :)

Jk55, "D", 123 Happiness,

Thank you all for your support and prayers! I am so excited because I know that the Lord has something that he wants me doing and my anxiety would have kept it from happening. I have been praying for deliverance from this sickness. I am on my way to recovery and I am hoping that it will only get better. God bless all of you!

Here is something that happened to me today. Someone stopped in the middle of the road and backed into my car. I handled it fine and other than the inital shock after words I was ok I didn't have a panic attack I was shaking but that was it! GOD is sooooo GOOD! I feel like it was a test and I passed! Not saying that God had someone hit me, but he let it happen and it showed me that I was ok and that I was fine even during that! And if you are wondering I am fine and my car is just scratched up a little it could have been alot worse. I thank God that I was ok and no one got hurt!

I agree. Our support group is wonderful. It is wonderful not to be alone anymore.
