There is a schedule near the front of the workbook. I am not sure I followed it exactly, but here is what I did: Each week I would start by watching the coaching video for that week only (week 1 during week 1). Then I would listen to the tape for that week. The next day I would start working in the workbook, and alternate listening to the tapes again with continuing the workbook each day of that week. I did the relaxation CD morning and night lying down, then listened to it once during the day while I did other things. Hope this helps.
