I had a horrid morning again but I tracked all of my negative thoughts(9 note pages) and turned them all into positive thoughts and now I feel so much more BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really kept me from getting a full blown anxiety episode!!!!!!!!! :)

That's great! That's my biggest challenge. I can turn the panic ones into realistic ones but actually coming up with a truly positive reply to myself is hard. Maybe I should journal more than I have been doing. Sounds like you have really put an effort into it. Good for you!

I picked up a small spiral notepad and during my
most anxious times (usually the a.m.) I just kept jotting down mostly negative thoughts (of Course)
came to my mind first but then I went back and had written positive answers to all my negativity.

It really did help me from getting a lot of anxiety symptoms that I would have gotten otherwise.
It is a difficult Session. ALthough there isn't many "Steps" to remember.

I Still have not finished reading the workbook- I am on Day 3 so far.

Writing it all down does really help. I have a separate journal I can write in. but I have a diary on my computer that has a LOT of my feelings in it.
Also my little notepad is handy to jot down my
feelings.

DebDeb- Do you write down several negative thoughts at once and then later write down the positive responses or do you respond to each negative thought with a positive one right away?

Way to go Deb! I still listen to lesson 3 on a regular basis even though I've been out of the program for a while now. I find I just do the 'switching' from negative to positive in my head, but if I hit a bad day, I'll do it on paper.

You are doing so well! Awesome!!!!
Ronda :)

Thank You;

I am learning, I just have to try not to be so
AFFECTED by negativity around me.

I was doing both actually. Last night I wrote a whole bunch of negative things and then went back
and wrote in positive things; but then this morning I did both at the same time.
