I watched this and found it very relatable. Just thought I would share if anyone else was interested!

Thanks so much for posting that. If anything it's always good to know that we're not alone. So many people used to have a normal life without all this noise in their heads and all of a sudden, things change drastically. It's ridiculous, isn't it?!

I've been following the program for almost 4 weeks and have noticed improvement. Let's keep going!

Darn.... it can't be played outside the US! Sighhh... oh well. Someone will have to just give the poor Canadians (or other countrians) a brief overview of what it was about!

im so glad you all checked it out!

wib....

it was almost like a week in the life of three people that have panic disorder, and i am sure that these three stories were very smiliar to alot of people on this board.
