TMJ, muscle tension, neck and back problems

I forgot to mention that I use BioFreeze until I just had my hubby put some on my shoulders, neck and back. It's like Bengay I guess, but you have to get it through a chiropractor or massage therapist. They don't carry it on the shelves. I think I might have seen it on Ebay too. Beverly
