I just started week 3 and am feeling better. Odd thing is when I feel better I want to do stuff, get organized, clean, go places, and things like that.
Well I get overwhelmed too because I want to do so many things. Some of my interests are:
Learning Spanish, French, ASL
Learning to program in C#
Piano
Disc Golf
Games
Reading
I need to exercise, eat better, lose weight, etc.
And I just get so overwhelmed that I get nothing done and I get depressed.
Any suggestions on how to get out of this cycle and get something done?

first off, its good that you have multiple things that you want to accomplish..it should keep you busy for a while, lol..but with that list, no wonder why your feelin overwhelmed, ya know? i would say focus on a few, this way you can apply yourself better..losing weight and exercising is a must..not only will it improve you mentally, but physically as while..goodluck !
