There are certain people who complain and are loud
and boisterous that I have to deal with every day
at work- How do I tune them out? I don't like drama and these people always start conflict.

That's a very difficult thing to do. I have found that I just intentionally limit my contact, and if they do start up their annoying ways, I tell myself it's not worth getting worked up over. I let them have their fit and go on with my day. It's their problem.

Sometimes I find if I am REAL positive it annoys them. I then find humor in this, and I think it gives me control.
Just a thought

Negaive people in your life will definitely make your anxiety worse!!!!!!! My advise to you as I try to do is eliminate negative people from your life. I will make you feel so much better. It is hard sometimes though :)

There is a lot of good advise here that I just read. I sometimes will even put earplugs in. Don't even look at them, ignore them, they are looking for attention, and a conflict, don't take the bait by responding, and if you have to, be positive. Proverbs 14:7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.
