I just feel very anxious today for no apparant reason, I listened to Tape 3 today about positive self talk and tape 15 about set backs but they haven't registered, I'm just to anxious to even concentrate, this in turn is making me depressed as I thought I had got better but obviously not. It may be the start of a bug coming on as I'm sore all over and I don't know about you but I always get anxious before any bout of flu or a bug etc.

pear...attempt to put the 6 steps into action. Remember the breathing technique. I get up somedays and feel as you do. Anxious for no reason. I can relate to your health related anxiety. Perhaps this is why you're stressed and in turn this is causing your anxiety. There are a few of us here that are struggling with health related anxiety. You're not alone in this...
