Hello everyone , I don't know if i am posting anything you guys don't know already , but here goes , Foods that contain high MSg , like soups and chineese food can cause anxitey like syptoms and as i know first hand migraines . I try to watch what i eat eventhough i know some of the foods i eat has msg . They hide it under other names like hyrolyzed proteins . If anyone else is interested in learning more about this please fell free to let me know and i will give you more info.

MSG (monosodium glutamate) makes food taste AWESOME, but it has horrible health effects, anxiety is one of them.

I wish they just labeled MSG as MSG. Yes it is hidden under "hyrolyzed protien". I wish it would be labeled what it is and that is MSG.

I have read about this food "flavor enhancer" years ago and read articles about it on Dr. Mercola's website. It is in a class of chemicals called excitotoxins. Whether there is not enough solid data for the FDA to pull its use, from my personal reading about it, I avoid it at all costs. Also to me, anything with "toxin" in the name is enough for me to do a 180!
