i have a question about beta blockers i was prescribed one yesterday for heart racing and palps. is it safe to exercise.

YES,IUSED TO EXERCISE WHILE ON THEM. MY WERE ALSO FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. ALL FROM ANXIETY. AFTER GETTING ON ANTDEPS AND ANTIANXIETY MEDS I DIDN'T NEED THEM AT ALL.NO MORE RACING HEART OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE............MALIKYE

yea i just started an anti dep so hopefully i wont have to take the beta blocker for to long thanks
