Is it possible to buy a workbook

Hello,
I purchased my CD's second hand on ebay and they didn't come with a workbook. I am even willing to pay something for a used workbook that I can white out the answers.

I'd also like to know the answer to this question, as I feel certain that at some point I'll want to repeat the program. I realize that anxiety and depression are lifelong battles, like alcoholism. I've written all over my workbook and if I go back to repeat, it would be good to have a clean copy

I'm not sure what the policy is now, but I do know that at one time you could not purchase a workbook if you had purchased the program other than the StressCenter.com. I think the reason for this, is the program is copywrited. I am not sure though. If you purchase the program through the StressCenter.com, you can indeed purchase a new workbook. I purchased the program years ago and I have bought updated workbooks since that time.

I would email support@stresscenter.com and ask them about it to be sure.
