Why is it?

People say God will answer your prayers. I pray that I can be normal and anxiety free. I know what you are gonna say in God's time not yours. I have been waiting for over 20 years. I WANT TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in terrible pain and I need God to help. NO one else can. Maybe no one can. Who knows!

God has given YOU tools to help YOU. One of which is this program. It will take time and relief can't necessarily be immediate, but it can come.

By the way, the is no such thing as normal. All those "normal" people you see out there are struggling with something. The difference is dealing with the anxiety. All of us, even those
"normal" people, have anxiety too, but big difference is that we constantly inwardly focus how we are feeling.

I can tell you my anxiety level has gone down immensely since I worked on the program...the stress and situations I deal with daily are the same--but I've had to learn to not fear the feelings I have, realize and see it for what it really is (not a threat on my life span) and work thru the anxiety. You can too. Step by little step, but if you get in a hurry it can't work.

you have to think positive and if you think that no one can't then no one will..like farmchick said you have the program..use the tools and skills to go on your journey to where ever you need to do and do what you want to do. it worked for me...read my profile and let me share what i went through and how i came out on top..take care and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and GOD BLESS...

I understand where you are and how you feel honey have you ever considered doing the coaching with the program not sure if it is something you want to do but I know for me it has helped so much. I started the program on my own but with so many other issues that I was dealing with the most difficult one was the loss of my amazing father he was my world and my safe person so I needed a little more help with the program so I could deal with what life had dealt me. God is listening. He can only do so much.

Heres a short story for you.

There was a man stuck on the roof of his home flood waters rising all around him.

He prays to God please help me save me.
Shortly after a boat comes and the people say come with us we will help you. The man shouts back no thanks Im waiting for God he will help me.

He prays some more God please help me save me.
Shortly after a helicopter comes by and the people say come with us we will help you. The man shouts back no thanks Im waiting for God he will help me.

The water rose and the man drowned. At the gates of Heaven he says to God why why didnt you help save me......

God said I did try to help you I sent a boat, I sent a helicopter you wouldnt get on.

He can only do so much.

You have the tools you need. You hold them inside of you. Use your program use this chat and change your thoughts. POSITIVE thinking finding the good in life thats gonna be your most important step right now.

You can do it. You have tons of support here from people that have been there done that!

Sometimes you just need to be to listen, through the anxiety. If you are saying 'God won't help me, God isn't helping me' then it's hard for him to break thro and transform your mind. However if you are saying 'I have faith and I am here, I am learning and I am listening' you never know what he might say

Whenever you do the relaxation talk to God, and walk with him, instead of the woman! Good luck

Take some time and just talk to God. Tell Him everything you would tell a friend. Ask him for specific wishes. "Ask and ye shall receive." He wants a close personal relationship with you. Go to GOogle and search for scriptured for the depressed or uplifting scriptures. Try several different searches. Read what His promises in the Bible are to us. Talk to a pastor and spill your guts.
