Every thing scares me.i scared when i work,talk,i am scared just sitting there.i am never relax.my muscle are off track and everywhere i go people are starring at me.So i quit my job and i stay at home and only go out when i have to.when i do go out my heart is beating a thousand mile per hour.even when i am at home it beat like that.i dont know what to do.If only i could relax.I know that i am beauiful, it's my posture that i worry about all day long.

Hi every, I am on my way to my aunt house.I am so scared.Ihave to get out of this house.I need to make some friends.My boyfriend just brought me a new truck and that make me even more nervous.Not only do i have to worry about people starring at me i have to worry about my new truck and recking it.God please help me.I now that i can do it.It is just a short drive and a truck everything is going to be o'k.

Renee,
It sounds like your boyfriend may not know what your condition is. Personally, I think it would help to take pressure off of you when you are behind the wheel and for him to understand if you want him to do most of the driving when the two of your are together if you let him know the deal. Fear of embarrassment is a common feeling people have about making their condition known, but he is someone close to you and this is something you should be able to share with him.
