Thanks THH, that was a nice follow up to the video on Vulnerability! Have a Happy New Year!

Glad you guys liked the recipe. I just was trying to work on eating less sugar. Since I'm not active as much as I am in the summer and I'm a year older, I thought I would figure out what I can eat that is healthy, but taste good!

Also, want to eliminate the "scary feelings" in the gut system. I don't need any extra energy!

That's for sure!

THH - BRAVO !!! That takes me back to my last year of high school ! I can't top that. I'm sorry. War was the first U2 album I bought. Awesome stuff.

I hope everyone had a really good Christmas and I wish nothing but the best for 2011 for all.

I got off work today at noon and now I'm freeeeeee LOL I went into work pretty tense this morning. There were a bunch of loose ends to tie up and there was plenty of opportunities to screw something up. I knew I wanted to leave at noon, but if everything didn't go smooth, I'd have to stay later and possibly tomorrow too. I got those ol' fuzzy feelings again and I had to close my eyes and just breathe and focus on something positive. I managed to calm down enough to get the work done. Everything turned out fine. However, if I wasn't able to calm down, who knows what would've happened ?

The main thing now is that I'm freeeeeeeeeeeee. (until the new year)

Paislee - I will try that pineapple thing too ! It sounds like it's enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I'm trying (almost successfully) to stay away from the baked goods. Some of them I can't resist though.

Time to search YouTube..........

Happy New Year !

I didn't go out for New Year's Eve. There were a few problems on the home front, but everything now is back to "normal" LOL

My bathroom is about 75% done ! All I need to do is tile and put up the glass block wall at the end of the tub. Everything's painted, the lights are up (the wiring was done correctly LOL), and the cedar boards are up on the ceiling. I miscounted the boards I needed. I'm one short. Back to the store tomoorow for 1 cedar board LOL.

Hope everyone's holidays went really well and let's treat this as a fresh start with new beginnings !

I did not go out either,we had some friends come over and played cards. Euker. Its a fun Ohio game. They left by 10 and it was couch time. It was a good night.

Happy New Year back to you all.
I'm on session 13 having taken a bit of a break over Christmas. I read a couple of books that were recommended instead.
This year has got to be better for all those who have stuck with the program.
It's been a year of growth and learning that's for sure. I thought I knew me, but I really didn't!

It is a great program. I went through it once and this is my review for the second time. I got even more this time. ( doing session 10 now )
