Thank you one and all for your support.
The crying has stopped and the sadness has lessened (somewhat). I will give more details soon.
My mind right now is on finding a hardcopy compliment given by manager in November. I had brought it home to show my wife. I would like this to have in creating a resume presentation. I already have 2-3 companies in mind.
I am taking things easy and just being compassionate to myself.
Thanks again for the support.

I found the harcopy compliment I was looking for.
More importantly my cardiologist described my heart after the stress-test two days ago as "healthy" and "terrific." I went to my general Dr. this morning for my blood work, and everything (chlosterol, trigs, glucose, prostrate cancer screening, etc.) is ALL good.
I just finished watching some Robin Williams from 2002 for laughs. I still feel "stung" and will slowly start updating my resume tonight or tomorrow. Tomorrow morning I have to pick-up my new computer which I ordered before the "boom" was lowered.

Thanks for the kudos. Congrats on making this year about your health. I never want regrets about my health (e.g., "Why didn't I go to the dr?" Why didn't I listen to the dr?").Originally posted by manofmusic:
Congratulations on the positive stress test results. I should go for one for those. This year will be all about my health. I'll make it so the doctors get tired of seeing me ! LOL
How are things going for you now ?
I am emotionally better. Though, just now and yesterday when I worked on my resume revision, I got mild headaches. It's understandable because I am not happy at all about this, though I have quickly accepted it. (I am surprised at how rapidly this acceptance came to pass.)
I also spend 3-4 hours a day on my business project recreating that. It had no connection to my job other than some money from the job was going to be set aside for advertising.
Thanks for asking, man.

Another thing I am proud of myself is that from the moment by I left my office for the last time, I made it a point not to hate God. I have done that so many times when bad stuff occurs. Maybe that's why I didn't get hit by the car as I was crossing for the subway.
After I was dismissed, I phone my wife and then crossed a corner to the subway. This BMW came whipping around the corner at fast clip and stopped a few feet before me.
