AM I GOING CRAZY???
I have times where i feel as if my mind isn't really all there! I am not having an anxiety or panic attack when it occurs! No rapid heartbeats, no headaches, no dizziness, nothing that indicates an attack! But somehow my minds starts to go blank as if I'm not all there in my mind! I feel confused, scared, disoriented, and crazy! It feels as if my mind isn't connected with my body, kind of hard to explain! I get this from time to time! I got it while driving today and the good thing is that I am still able to drive and function while this is going on in my head! It does go away after awhile, which leads me to believe that I am not really crazy? Don't know though? Anyone here can relate to this?

hi molly,
on the third cd lucinda explains that there are prior thoughts or a suddden onset that is a chemical release of adrenalin or cortisol, or sodium lactate. these can cuase you to feel serious physical reactions. but good positve thought talk can help you through it, know your not going crazy. don't try to fight it.she goes on to explain that you should accept that it's happing and let yourself feel it. she calls that "floating through it. hope this helps! chado

Thanks all for the reply! So did anyone else feel like your symptoms just kind of shifted from Anxiety and Panic attacks to Depression? I have not had an anxiety or panic attack for about 5 days now! Instead I have the depression symptoms...lost of interest in things, feel helpless, agitated, small appetite, and worst of all sleeping is disruptive! I fall asleep and wake up about 2 hours and cannot go back to sleep! I am up for about another 4-5 hours til early morning and then just lie on the couch til i fall asleep! Usually get another 1 or maybe 2 hours in! This is really concerning me! Is this harmful to your health? Has anyone been through this and gotten over it? If so how? I am not on any meds! Considering sleeping pills? What do you think? Thanks!
